The Lopez Lake AR is designed to bridge the gap between 2-hour sprint races and our 12-hour Dawn to Dusk race. It doesn’t hurt that the terrain in and around Lake Lopez is beautiful and epic with a great mix of single track, fire road and off trail terrain. This race encompasses the major disciplines found in longer adventure racing competitions -- including navigation throughout and a ropes section. The Lopez Lake AR provides a challenge to experienced adventure racers and those who are new to adventure racing.
