USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event. This is the 15th year of the race.
Swim:Wave starts begin at 7:30 a.m. sharp. The 1.2 mile course is will be a triangular shaped swim from Pleasant Creek State Park swimming beach.
Bike:Our challenging 56 mile bike course will take you through Iowa's scenic countryside.
Run:The 13.1 mile run is an out and back course on a country road with small rolling hills.
