The Super Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon are perfect events for experienced racers or for first-time athletes! Our courses for both events are well marked and monitored to ensure athletes will have a positive experience and a fun race. Each athlete registered for the Super Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon will receive a custom tech-tee race shirt, athlete goody bag, swim cap, and post race meal.

Super Sprint Triathlon Distance: Swim 400 yards – Bike 8 miles – Run 2 miles
Super Sprint Duathlon Distance: Run 2 miles – Bike 8 miles – Run 2 miles

Fees:
Super Sprint Triathlon $50 until 11/1/11, $60 until race day, $70 race day
Super Sprint Duathlon $45 until 11/1/11, $55 until race day, $65 race day
Super Sprint Triathlon Relay Team $90/$120 race day
Super Sprint Duathlon Relay Team $80/$110 race day
