Interested in taking your swim training to the next level? If so, there's no better way than to join a motivated group: the Coached Master's Workout! We will focus on developing speed, endurance and technique for triathletes and competitive swimmers. Non-traditional workouts emphasizing quality (not yardage) will follow a periodization structure that builds toward peak performance at various New England Master's swim meets.
