This is the 5th Year for the PrairieMan 1/2 Iron Distance Triathlon & PrairieMan Aquabike. This 1.2 mile swim-56 mile bike-13.1 mile run Tri takes place at Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie. Swim is in clean Joe Pool Lake. The 4 loop Bike course takes place on flat, fast Lake Ridge Parkway & HWY 360 south. The run is totally within the park and is an out and back. Race info: www.ironheadrp.com. USA Triathlon sanctioned. Limited to 800 entrants.
