Memorial Day weekend marks the start of summer--and the Summer Swim Series, which begins with the Lady Liberty Swim in New York Harbor. This one-miler is a great kickoff to your open water season and, thanks to the morning start, still allows a nice long weekend to hit the beach and barbecues.
