Seriously, How did I not look at this until now? It appears that the elevation on my bike ride will be insane (to me) as it has us climbing from Mile 6 to Mile 17 - Yes, there is a great downhill after though!

First- My apologies for hanging around the site for almost a year and contributing very little. I never felt like I had much to offer until this weekend when Tri Sooner encouraged me to offer my unique perspective on things. I suppose everyone has something to offer. I have always kept my word hoard tightly guarded- It was the way I was raised.

Pleasure and Pain - Squamish Olympic Distance

posted July 6, 2009 by Clint-murphy
Truthfully, the goal this weekend for the Squamish Olympic distance triathlon wasn't anything specific but was rather meant as a super-brick in preparation for the IM 70.3 August 2nd. I mean, if there was really a goal, would I have done a 100 km bike ride yesterday? Probably not! That all said, who doesn't want to beat the last time they posted, which for me was 3:01:42.
