New to Tri

posted March 11, 2010 by kmhedlund
I moved to Denver 9 months ago and I am looking forward to trying my first tri this summer! I've been a runner for 12 years, just bought a great road bike last summer and have spend the winter in the pool. I'm wondering what spring tri would be a good first tri to sign up for. Looking for one fairly early in the summer like May or June. Any reccomendations?

I Should Have Ordered Some British Knight’s Too...

A couple of weeks ago I began noticing a hole in the side of my Pearl Izumi running shoes growing larger and larger. I had bought them back in the June of 2009 because of their features and how comfortable they were. But lately I have been thinking I wanted a faster shoe, something lighter than the long distance cruisers I had.

a running season

i did not always run in the winter. there was a time that i, like so many others, would follow the patterns of on-season and off-season, and take some respite over the winter.
