I am a young triathlete who has a big dream.  I want to eventually become a pro triathlete.  I don't know how i can intensify my training so that i can become faster.  Is there some guidelines or things that i can do, in order to become an elite triathlete.  I know that these things don't happen overnight but how can i get started on the journey?
