Description
SAUK is a sports club with a significant South African flavour involved in the three disciplines of triathlon: swimming, cycling and running.

The club is made up of athletes of all abilities who want to train and race in a familar and friendly environment, while gaining knowledge and sharing information about the sport.

SAUK triathlon is open to everyone from complete novice to seasoned Ironman triathlete.
