Description
This is clinic will be lead by Total Immersions Coach Celeste St.Pierre at the Laconia Athletic and Swim Club in Laconia, NH. Build swim skills through drills, get balanced and streamlined for faster more efficient effortless swimming. You can expect: Two 90 minute pool session, underwater videotaping and review, dryland practice of the drills.
Swim Course
Swim Clinic only, little yardage, great for beginner and intermediate swimmers. Must be able to go one length of the pool, put your face in the water, feel comfortable in deep water.
