Asking for headaches

After a few good expieriences using this onlinestore, they never shipped an order.. told me to wait. After 10 days, they said they re-shipped, tracking original order. Neither order arrived, and after 3 months of ordering, they are ignoring my emails and hanging up on me when I phone customer service. Already reported to BBB. Avoid this place like the plague!

World Wide Aquatics is fine if you know exactly the product you want. Their deliver was prompt and their prices fair.
BUT BEWARE if you need any additional service. I had to return 2 suits I bought from them because I had gotten the wrong sizing. I returned the suits within hours of receiving them.
NOT ONLY did WWA take over a month to process my return, during which time they NEVER communicated with me; they then had the nerve to reject my retrn by claiming that the products were ""soiled"".
Decent products, horrendous and downright rude service.
