The 8 clinic series for beginners we will cover all aspects of triathlon with topics such as; triathlon 101, injury prevention, bike maintenance, triathlon swimming, nutrition, proper run technique, transitions and open water swimming. You get hands on experience practicing the events before your race day! The fee for the series is only $99.00. The clinics start March 4th at Running Away Multisport at 3 pm.
