Description
The WildBear Tri/Duathlon in Range Pond State Park, Poland, ME
Swim Course
Swim (1/3 mile): Triangular course in beautiful, calm Range Pond. Tons of beachfront for spectators.
Duathlon Run #1 (2 miles): Off-road out and back on the first part of the triathlon run course. Fast and fun! No water stations on the first run.
Bike Course
Bike (16 miles): Picturesque rolling bike course on low-traffic country roads. One challenging hill at mile 4 (.25 mile at 10%+ grade).
Run Course
Run (3.1 miles): An unforgettable run! Flat, fast course (with one short hill).
