Description
Nice sprint length, especially for a beginner. S-400m, B-15K, R-5K. All very flat on the run and bike. Swim was a quick in and out with no current. Nice race overall.

Swim Course
Nice in and out course. Out 200m, around bouy, and back. Very nice, no current to fight.

Bike Course
Nice flat 15K. Road was in good condition. Very quick ride.

Run Course
Flat mostly trail (earth course). Part ws gravel and about a quarter mile of pavement at best estimation. No hills. Very nice shaded trail next to river to provide occasional breeze. Pretty easy run. Water stations set up every 3/4 mile at best guess.
