Description
TROIKA begins in the waters of Medical Lake's Waterfront Park - 13 miles west of Spokane (bus transportation to race start is available from WestCoast Grand Hotel at the Park (see entry form). Bicycles depart from Medical Lake on a course of flat terrain and rolling hills with a 0.3 mile hill near the end. The bicycle leg finishes in downtown Spokane at Riverfront Park. The out and back run course follows the Centennial Trail - over mostly flat terrain - finishing at the Forestry Pavilion in Riverfront Park.
