Description
With 15 years experience of racing around the world from sprint triathlons to Ironman I have a wealth of experience on which to draw. I raced professionally for three years and have coached overseas at the Hong Kong Institute of Sport, within a French team and in the UK. I now manage the New Zealand Multisport & Triathlon Centre and coach professionally on a full time basis. Working alongside other experienced coaches Gordo Byrn and Dr John Hellemans I am always in touch with new training ideas and developments in all areas of our sport.
