Description
If you're interested in training with a group, take a look at training programs being offered by TWT. Participants meet 2 days a week for group training and we give you a day-by-day schedule of what to do on non-group days. Learn techniques at swim, bike and run clinics, enjoy lectures on nutrition, injury prevention, transitioning, open water swims, brick training, dress rehearsals and more. All levels welcome! No experience required. We have beginner, experienced, women only and co-ed groups. Join the one that fits you and Happy Training!
