Good LT Workout

Pros: Good Commentary from Chris, shows effort and cadence you should be riding at. Excellent comments on Form and Time Trialling skills. Some video of Lance Time Trialling.
Cons: Most of the workout is indoors, not many outside views, just video of 8 people sweating just as hard as you are.
Overall a very good Time Trial workout, 10 minute warmup, 3x5 Power Drills, 5x2 steady state drills, and cooldown. All together, 60 minutes of leg-burning effort. Easily the hardest my spouse has ever worked on a bike. We'll order another couple of DVD's from CTS to vary the routine some.

Video came with purchase of Cyclops Fluid II Trainer...
Good workout with clear goals for the ride!
It would be nice to have suggested gearing like the Spinervals dvd's. Being new to riding on a trainer, I found myself looking at the gearing on the riders in the video to get a sense of the effort levels.
