Directions
From OKC take I-35N to the Waterloo Rd. exit. After exiting turn R. @ the stop sign & go to Douglas Blvd.(around 3M.). Turn left on Douglas Blvd. and proceed to Seward Rd. (3-4M). Turn Right onto Seward Rd. and go approximately 1/2 M. to the entrance of the Lazy E Compound which will be a right turn into. Follow the directions of the volunteers and drive VERY SLOW!

General Event Information (any unique details): The format will be a Formula 1- 2M Run, 10M Bike, 2M Run, 10M Bike, 2M Run. The bike is an out and back w/the run being a 1M loop closed to traffic. Additionally this is a USAT Grand Prix Series event as well as a Qualifier for the 06 Short Course Duathlon World Championships to be held @ Corner Brook, CA (Newfoundland).

Registration Fees: 30.00 indiv and teams
