Swim Course
The half-mile swim is in the American River near Old Sacramento.

Bike Course
The bike course is a 3-loop five mile course on closed roads.

Run Course
The 3-mile run course is an out and back run along the beautiful American River Parkway.

Distance Details
The Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento Golden State Triathlon is a sprint distance criterium-style triathlon. The swim is in the American River. The bike course is a three-lap, draft legal, closed bike course. The run is on the famous American River Bike Trail.
