Description
Super Sprint Triathlon at the Salina Family YMCA will be an indoor event. Swimming will occur in our 25 meter pool, biking will be on stationary bikes and running on the indoor mondo track.
Swim Course
• 500 meter swim (10 laps/20 lengths)
Bike Course
• 6 mile bike ride on the stationary bicycle
Run Course
• 2 mile run (27 laps)
Distance Details
Participants will be staged in heats of five to seven based on their 500 meter swim time. Please be as accurate on the time as possible. Heat 1 begins at 7:30 a.m. with the remaining heats following a predetermined time schedule. Race number needs to be
