I began training with Walter because I wanted the best triathlon coach in New York City. I chose Walter because of his impressive experience in triathlon and his extensive knowledge in Nutrition.

Walter has a great goal-oriented outlook. After one meeting with him I was convinced that I could complete the triathlon. Although my workouts were tough, I could finish them and felt a great sense of accomplishment afterward. I saw improvements FAST. Walter came to the pool with me, corrected my stoke and gave me drills to practice.

By the time of the race, I was prepared and excited. I had a great first race and was so glad that I had trained so diligently for it. I finished 8 minutes under my goal time and came in 22nd out of 83 racers in my age group. Because of my great experience I am going to continue to race triathlons.
