Rebecca Marks Rudy is a Sports Nutritionist for Trismarter.com. Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University. A former National Collegiate Varsity Lightweight Eight Rowing Champion (1997), Rebecca turned to triathlon competition in 1998. She has competed, quite successfully, in sprint, Olympic and half Ironman (Timberman, 2001) distance racing from New Hampshire to North Carolina. Rebecca has worked with numerous athletes at the high school, collegiate and masters level.
