Swim Course
The Portland Triathlon will start from the decks of two Casco Bay Lines Ferries anchored at Fort Gorges. Athletes will jump from the deck of the boats and finish 1 mile away at East End Beach, completing one of the most spectacular swims in the world.

Bike Course
Athletes will get the chance to ride a course unavailable at any other time - from downtown Portland, over Tukey's Bridge (I-295), and north up the coast. The 40k bike will be an out-and-back on rolling, country roads. T2 will take place in the same warehouse as T1.

Run Course
To cap off this memorable event, athletes will run the entire 10k lollipop on the Eastern Prom Trail and the Back Cove Path. The course is literally on the ocean from start to finish!
