Twice I've had to cancel orders from performancebike.com because of ordering problems. Items were backordered, and they never informed me. Items listed as instock we not. Do not use performancebike.com!!

EXTEMELY disappointed with this company.
I really wonder how they stay in business.
Their 'customer service' is appalling, their systems are worse than useless and they are incapable of even the most basic delivery standards.
Every complaint; about non-delivery, exchange, delays, whatever, is dealt with by sending you a standard response: "Your order has been cancelled. Sorry for the inconvenience". These guys are the masters of inconvenience. Don't deal with them! Your time and money is valuable, and there are dozens of capable bike retailers online.
