An Open Community for Triathletes
Since founding our coaching service back in 1992, our philosophy has always been to provide the knowledge and guidance that triathletes were looking for to help achieve their goals. Our unique approach involves presenting some basic information and tools around multi-sport endurance training, centered around the concept that you have the potential to develop as your own coach.
With that in mind, the primary purpose of this site is to be a central collection of triathlon resources that help guide athletes toward finding their own, custom approach to their training: developing an overall plan, training schedules, and individual workouts that serve a specific purpose toward the achievement of their goals.
