Pros: tastes Ok not too sweet, easy to use

Cons: A little dry and hard to open on the bike

I liked it when I used it on a training ride. It was not overly sweet like alot of products are. I could stand to chew it when I got hot and didn't want any gels. But I took it in the package it came in (sample) and had a hard time opening it. Will buy some to try again
