Swim Course
Starting at the boat launch near the entrance to the park, athletes will do a counterclockwise triangular swim in Casco Bay that finishes at the beach. This new layout has many advantages: safer, more spectator-friendly, WARMER...Average water temperature for September is low to mid-60s.

Bike Course
Bike along the coastline of Freeport and into Brunswick. Route is a challenging lollipop shape loop on many newly paved roads.

Run Course
Another lollipop loop, leaving Winslow Park and headed into the village of South Freeport. Another rolling course.
