Description
This sprint triathlon starts with a splash in beautiful Lake Compounce, then a bike through the rolling hills of Bristol and Southington CT. Finish off the tri with a 5k that finishes right at the gates of Lake Compounce Family Theme Park! Portions of the proceeds are donated to The V Foundation For Cancer Research.
Swim Course
.5 miles in a spring-fed lake. Wetsuits legal.
Bike Course
15 Miles of rolling hills along the base of a mountain. Beautiful scenery and quick pace.
Run Course
5k through rolling hills; starting and finishing at Lake Compounce.
