Hera Multisport of Colorado was established to encourage women to acknowledge their needs and honor their commitments by setting goals and attacking new challenges. The mission is to build a community that provides information, support, encouragement and education to female athletes of all abilities.
Our website, www.heramultisport.com, is the vehicle that brings women together to focus on staying fit in a way that is achievable by providing the tools to make it believable. The website provides information on fitness and nutrition, sample workouts, an event calendar, product reviews that will assist our members in making informed purchases and much more.
