Description
HEAVYWEIGHT GAINER 900 is so effective at quickly adding and maintaining size that it's the favorite gainer among professional football players, like Mike Flynn of the Baltimore Ravens, and is the gainer of choice of many coaches and collegiate sports programs.

If you've ever tried to eat a thousand or more extra calories in one sitting to bulk up, you already know it can leave you feeling bloated, full, and sluggish. But you also know that it's the additional calories that are going to put the extra size and weight you need on your frame. So, if you need to get bigger or heavier or both, HEAVYWEIGHT GAINER 900 makes it simple to add those desperately needed extra calories to your diet without having to walk around feeling like you just had Thanksgiving Dinner twice.

What's more, those all-important calories are packed with the nutrients you need: You get thirty-five grams of nitrogen-rich protein, vitamins, minerals, energy-rich carbohydrates, and much much more. In addition, HEAVYWEIGHT GAINER 900 is an ideal choice for teen-age athletes looking to add some mass to their bodies.

Plus the New Cinna-Graham Slam Shake tastes like GrahamŽ crackers and milk...AWESOME!

Available flavors: Chocolate Shake, Cinna-Graham Slam Shake, Strawberry Shake or Vanilla Shake.

Available sizes: 10 servings (1.5 kg) (3.3 lb.) or 21 servings (3.17 kg) (7 lb.)

Price Paid: $25.00

Pros: 900 calories in two cups, cheap

Cons: Really sweet, really thick, takes some experimentation to figure out how to mix to your taste

This is how I figured out how to load carbs both before and after a workout. I drink a 2 cup serving an hour before a workout, and immediately after a workout to give my body a nice 2000 calorie boost. It took a while to figure out how to mix it properly. A blender is a must. Tastes great, but at the recommended mix ratio it turns really thick if you store it in the refrigerator. I only mixed it at about 1/2 to 2/3's the recommended ratio and its just right. You can google it and find it for as little as $25 for a 7 lb tub of it. So its a great way to make sure that your body is getting lots of high quality calories for your workouts and recovery.
