Incredible shoe with just enough motion control. Very flexible and not stiff and heavy like many motion control shoes. Shoe is very responsive and light enough to get good speed for marathoners. A perfect trainer for someone looking for a straight last and a stability shoe. I have run many marathons in this update and have yet to find a better shoe. (Reference, I am 5 foot 9 inches and weigh 164 pounds and have run a 3:11 marathon in these)
