What is CompuTrainer and why will it improve your performance?
The CompuTrainer MultiRider setup consists of eight stationary trainers that allow you to ride your own bike to ensure proper bike fit and train you to be efficient on your own bike. The trainers are connected to a central computer that tracks your speed, distance, wattage, heart rate, and cadence. The computer software includes courses that change grade and transfers that to the trainer at the point each rider reaches the grade change. CompuTrainers add life to your everyday workouts and allow you to track your development as you improve over the course of the season. Learn more on www.seattlemultisport.com

What is the Cost?
$90 for a 6 week class (Join Emerald City Multisport Team and recieve a 33% discount! www.emeraldcitymultisport.com)

Why are CompuTrainers better than Spin Classes?

Spin classes are great for general fitness, but really do nothing for bike skills, proper technique, pedal stroke, shifting, etc. This is especially true with newer athletes who use spin bikes all winter, then get on their road bikes in March and forget how to ride the darn things.

How do CompuTrainer Classes Work?

· Come at least 15 minutes early before the start of the class.

· We help you set up your bike, calibrate your bike and enter data into our computer.

· We press ‘Go’ and you are off into the virtual workout.

What do I need to bring?

· YOU, your bike and your bike shoes.

· Workout clothes (what you would wear on a bike ride in the summer time, remember it is indoor.)

· A small towel, because you will sweat!

· Water bottle or sports drink.
