Description
SWIM (approx. 750 meters)
The 750 meter swim will be a loop course in Aurora Reservoir. The water temperature in the reservoir will be between 66 - 73 degrees F. The water is exceptionally pure and is used as one of the drinking water supplies for the City or Aurora.

BIKE (approx. 20K)
The 20k Bike portion of the course will be an out and back course on paved roads. Athletes will depart the Aurora Reservoir complex traveling east on Quincy Avenue. They will turn around approximately 5 miles later and return to the Reservoir Complex. The Bike course has rolling hills in both directions and offers a breathtaking view of the Front Range Mountains as cyclists return to the Reservoir.

RUN (approx. 5K)
The 5k Run portion will be conducted on paths entirely within the Aurora Reservoir complex and will be a combination of cement and dirt paths. It will have some rolling hills but very little elevation gain and loss.
