Description
2005 sees the return of the Crystal Palace Triathlon, now being organised by Crystal Palace Triathletes. The race is a 750m swim in the 50m pool at the National Sports Centre, 20k cycle - nine laps of a closed circuit within the park (closed to traffic!) and two laps of the same for the run before finishing in the renowned athletics stadium. We are encouraging triathletes to raise funds, via sponsorship, for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Swim Course
750m swim in the 50m pool at the National Sports Centre
Bike Course
20k bike - nine laps of a closed circuit within the park (closed to traffic!)
Run Course
5k run - two laps in the park for the run before finishing in the renowned athletics stadium.
