The swim, bike, and run courses are beautiful, the competition is fierce, and the mood is festive and fun for California's Only ALL Relay Team Triathlon.
Swim Course
The 3/4 mile swim course will be counter-clockwise direction. There will one mass start for all swimmers. The course will be marked with large orange buoys. It will be staffed by lifeguards in safety kayaks.
Bike Course
The 14 mile bike course winds through forested roads with turns and small climbs through the rolling terrain of the park. The course is a two-lap course with the return into transition only after completing both laps.
Run Course
The run course is a 5-mile scenic trail run with three aid stations providing cold water, Cytosport and Clif Shot Energy gel - and also a hill called Mooney Ridge at about the half-way point.
Distance Details
The CLIF Bar Team Challenge Triathlon will take place at Granite Beach inside the state park at Folsom Lake. The .75-mile swim will be in Folsom Lake with a beach start and finish. The bike course is 14 miles entirely on closed roads. The run course is a
