Description
5th annual off-road sprint triathlon in rural Nebraska. .5 mile open water swim, 12 mile MTB, 3 mile trail run. Giving away a Trek MTB as a door prize. A fun race!

Swim Course
.5 mile open water in Maranatha Lake. Water temps will be in the 80's. Wetsuits permitted.

Bike Course
12 mile trail. 4 laps of a 3 mile course. A beginner-type course; not technical.

Run Course
3 mile trail. 1 lap of the bike course.
