Taking place along the shores of Lake Washington on a beautiful summer morning, this 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 3.1 mile run course offers an incredible experience for athletes of all ability levels. Come test your skills on this flat, fast and scenic course!

Swim Course
A counter clockwise loop in Lake Washington

Bike Course
Out and back along Lake WA Blvd and the I-90 bridge.

Run Course
A clockwise loop around Seward Park.
