The course is beautiful it runs along Lake Washington and you bike on the floating bridge. It is a flat fast course well prepared and organized great. The sponship is awesome for this event and there is thousands of people in the event and the way the waves are organized no one is in your way. The run has one good sized hill that ate me up other than that a fun course.
