Pros: endless pool that you can train in. lots of googles to try on.
Cons: Guy behind the counter.
This place has a limited number of bikes but still has what you need. I was not impressed at all with the service. The guy behind the counter was an arrogant *&^. He didn't want to help would rather us just buy something and leave. Just too cool for us I guess.

Pros: great triathlon gear, bikes and Saturday ride
Cons: (see previous review - different shop for different folks)
Awesome shop. I chose it after going into all the other shops in Austin. Owner has a different/laid-back attitude but very knowledgeable. Sells best tri-bikes in town. Other tri-shop down the street has great guys as well.

The best tri shop in Austin

Pros: great support, endless pool, excellent massage therapist right upstairs, friendly staff, breakfast tacos after the Sat. rides.
Cons: small store, but they are expanding down the street very soon
I have gotten to know the staff over the past year and they are all really great. At first they don't seem beginner friendly, but they are just very laidback. They are so supportive, encouraging and nice, and have a ton of experience. They are expanding right down the street. There will be a larger store and a new pool I hear. They have a great bike shop and better tri gear selection than the other stores.
