Description
The 6th Annual Arbour Lake Triathlon & Duathlon will host an Olympic tri, Sprint tri, as well as a Canadian National Age Group qualifier spot to the National Duathlon Team for 2005.
Swim Course
The picturesque lake swim will host three heats (olympic women, olympic women, all sprint) around the 750m loop course.
Bike Course
The out-and-back course will have one large hill, however the remainder of the bike is relatively flat.
Run Course
The 4 loop (to make 10km) course has proven to be challenging for some athletes, however everybody always makes it to the festival area finish line.
