Will 2006 be the year that you Escape From the Rock in San Francisco? Sign up to take the plunge (literally) and get the unique chance to swim from Alcatraz Island to San Francisco! Each year, swimming enthusiasts come from around the world for the chance to attempt the swim no island prisoner ever successfully completed. This event will sell out MONTHS ahead of raceday! No late entries or wait lists once this event is full.

Swim Course
Water temps in the low-60s. Wetsuits are recommended, but not mandatory.
