Description
It starts with the swim at Summit Lake (cool water temp.), then Bike down the Mountain to the Nature Center on Hwy 39/55 (hard surface with hills) then Run to Cranberry Glades and back (rolling terrain, varing surfaces). Ending with Prizes and a old fashion Cook-Out!

0.5 mile in Summit Lake (out and back with cool water temp.)
Bike Course
17.1 miles from Summit Lake to Cranberry Mountain Nature Center on State Rt 39/55 (hard surface with hills)
Run Course
6.2 miles fron Nature Center to lcoked gate below Cranberry Glades and back (rolling terrain, varing surface)
